Planetree Homes, the residential property development arm of Forward Property Group, has agreed a sale on the final property at The Orchard, its development in Lymm, Cheshire.
The Orchard sits in a private enclave off Cedarfield Road and comprises seven three and four bedroom three-storey townhouses split into two blocks of three and four dwellings.
The new homes feature traditional style architecture in keeping with the local residential area, and have been constructed in an attractive rustic brick with stone cills and door arches. Inside, the homes offer spacious and light filled modern style living accommodation with open plan kitchen/diners, sitting rooms, first floor lounges that open onto private balconies and large double bedrooms, the master of which includes an en suite.

The Orchard was a regional finalist in the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2018.
