Local husband and wife business owners, Matt Smith and Steph Hakim unveil their new showroom, which will serve as a shared space for their two businesses: Cheshire Property Studio, a luxury interior design studio, and City SuperHost, a short-term rental property management company.
City SuperHost, which was founded eight years ago, has grown from a small start-up to a successful business managing properties in Manchester and the Northwest as well as North Wales. After starting the company from scratch, Steph and Matt have weathered challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic, with Matt now heading up the operations. Meanwhile, Steph has transitioned into the world of luxury interiors, bringing her expertise and passion for design to Cheshire Property Studio.
The new showroom features a curated selection of high-end furniture, accessories, and design services offered by Cheshire Property Studio, alongside dedicated services for City SuperHost clients. The space aims to provide a comprehensive design and property management experience, allowing customers to explore luxurious interiors and practical property solutions in one location.
Adding to the showroom’s unique appeal is a collaboration with Clarendon Fine Art, where clients will have the opportunity to purchase stunning artwork displayed throughout the space. The artwork will be refreshed every three months, showcasing a rotating collection of fine art pieces to inspire and enhance any interior.
“We’ve been in Hale village for three years now,” said Matt. “But when this space at 180 Ashley Road became available, we jumped at the chance to transform it into a showcase office in which both businesses can thrive. The amazing huge windows give us a great presence in the heart of the village and people always comment on that. It’s been great for business.”
