Forward Property Group has let 136 Moss Lane to new concept restaurant ‘Eat Clean Cuisine’.
The 900 sq ft retail unit is home to Eat Clean Cuisine’s second takeaway bistro and opened at the start of this year.
Established in Warrington in 2016 by chef Myles Smethurst, Eat Clean Cuisine’s ethos is that of providing high quality healthy food. A chef for over 17 years, Myles trained with Paul Heathcote, Gary Rhodes, Marco Pierre White and The Juniper one-Michelin-star in Altrincham.
He has spent the last five years working as a private chef for an array of stars, including Michael Owen, Lee Westwood and The Arctic Monkeys.
Says Myles Smethurst, “Moss Lane is the perfect spot for our second outlet, close to Altrincham and Hale and with high visibility. The premises have been excellently maintained by the Forward team, which allowed for a cost efficient fit out. The team have been extremely accommodating regarding the refit and have allowed us to adapt the premises to meet our exact requirements and brand image.”
Myles developed the Eat Clean Cuisine healthy takeaway concept a few years after losing four stone off his 17 stone weight “We’re not about dieting, we’re about great quality healthy food and convenience and feeling great. The menu and concept is simple; choose your protein, pick your carb, add your superfood and choose your sauce. Delicious, healthy food – fast.”
136 Moss Lane is located amidst a cluster of independent shops opposite Altrincham Football Club giving it a fantastic main road position for attracting passing trade from nearby Altrincham and Hale.
