Artists impressions for Cedarfield Road Lymm revealed

 


Planetree Homes, the residential property development arm of Forward Property Group, has revealed artists impressions of its development of architect designed luxurious new build homes in Lymm. The properties are due for completion this Summer.

A total of seven homes will be constructed in a coveted location off Cedarfield Road, comprising six three bedroom homes and one four bedroom home. Each home will provide living space across three floors and has been designed with the modern family very much in mind, whilst also being sympathetic to the local area and architecture.

The three-bedroom townhouses offer a choice of layouts. “Type A” offers approximately 1,452 sq ft of modern living space. The front door opens onto a versatile reception room, which could be used as a sitting room, snug or even a playroom. This space is perfect for informal daily socialising and has an adjoining ground floor wc/cloakroom as well as providing access to the utility room.
